Just recognized as a 501 C3 non-profit organization by the IRS in 2005, the Crownsville Conservancy, Inc. has already begun acquiring land!  Using the methods detailed above (see Our Process) we were able to purchase 4 tax lein properties from past county tax sales.  Currently in the process of foreclosure, we welcome your participation, questions, or donations to the cause!
